Another Anti-Kent Truth Squad Blog Stays Up...Forever!

As I told Will in the comments to the earlier post, despite my retirement today from Silence of the Chinchillas, I intend to keep this blog up and ACTIVE.

And I've already decided what the topic of my next post will be. This topic has been put off far too long, so this goes right up there to the top of the list. No other post on any other topic can possibly be allowed to bump it in the schedule.

And what might that all-important post topic be, you ask? Well...the VERY next post on this blog will be exclusively devoted to...(drum roll)...MY "LAWYER LETTER" from Kent.

Yes, the "lawyer letter." The very same "lawyer letter" Kent threatened me with over a year ago. NO, I still haven't gotten it...

Makes you wonder...if someone threatens to send you a "lawyer letter" and you never actually get one...is the person threatening you an impotent hollow windbag?

Well naturally yes. So, because I will not post anything else on this blog until I feature this promised "lawyer letter," I am sure Kent will finally use his AMAZING private investigator resources he constantly brags about, track me down at last, and serve me with my "lawyer letter."

I mean, how can he not? If he fails to do so now, after such a post as this, well, he'll completely humiliate himself in front of the entire gay porn industry, exposing to all what a fraud he is.

So no, simply cannot afford to not send that "lawyer letter" now. Each passing day without a new post here, is mounting evidence of his utter insignificance in this industry.

So yeah, Kent will simply have to send me that letter, and SOON. Check back on this very active blog daily...nay, HOURLY!...for this new post all about my promised "lawyer letter" from Kent Barclay, aka "Damon Kruezer."

Call it "The Curious Case of DeWayne in San Diego." First, Kent posts an excerpt from the Brent Corrigan interview he never conducted, yet has been promising to print in full the next day, the day before, the day before that, the day before the day before that, etc...:

OK, so, lets do the math here folks. If this Brent interview is authentic, DeW who was 43 in 2005 would be 47 in 2009 today.

Now here's where the DeWayne's case gets curious! A few lines down from that, Kent writes:

Either this "2005 Brent Corrigan interview" Kent keeps trying to claim he has is a COMPLETE fabrication, OR DeW has magically discovered a way to make his own body clock go in reverse...at a rate of about negative 0.25 years for every year of real time.

The Night The Industry Laughed Forever

A couple other Cybersocket nuggets to note, not covered in the previous Liveblogging post: One, the eventual Best Blog winner was QueerClick. As some of you may remember, it was they who first busted Mason Wyler on the fake police reports, so kudos to them I say. Two, the Best Blog catagory got a certain special treatment at the ceremony; according to Quickysrt who was there:

"...First winner read was "Best Blog" and Chi-Chi said "I have been asked to read the winner but not the nominees," and then the winner was read. The feeling that kentie did not exist was confirmed when the Cybersockets awards did not acknowledge he existence, nor his blog."

LOL! More kudos to both Chi-Chi and Cybersocket for the deft and professional way they handled this situation.

Also, J.C. Adams has a good post up, listing numerous people who actually DID show up.

One thing we are still waiting for is a post promised over on Just One Hot Minute, describing in more detail the visit of a pre-paid cab to an address in Quincy, Massachusetts that very same night. That should be interesting!

And one final comment I'd like to reemphasize from Monday night. They say a "gaffe" is defined as a moment when a politician (or anyone, really, with a reputation for dishonesty) "accidentally tells the truth."

Well, Kent committed a whopper of a gaffe that night, when in his hurried frustration (with a cabby outside loudly honking at him, hee hee!) he posted this:

And the truth shall set ye free! Contained therein is EXACTLY why Kent was never going to show up to this event (or any other public event, past or future). This is EXACTLY why he posts fake images of himself, and NEVER risks being in a situation where his real appearance can be photographed. Reason being, he is deathly afraid of being served with papers, OR apprehended by law enforcement, for his many acts of cyberstalking, cyberextorsion, cyberterrorism and other such crimes over the years.

A process server caught him once cowering in the bathroom of his mother's welfare housing unit; I'm sure he's determined to never have something like that happen again.

Anyways, as soon as Kent realized he had accidentally told the embarrassing truth, he immediately removed it from his site...but not before I screencapped it, and posted it here...where as a public service it will now be displayed for the edification of everyone, enshrined for all eternity.

Liveblogging the Cybersockets

Hello, is this thing on? Testing testing (tap tap tap)...

OK, we still have about 6 hours to go until they open up the red carpet at Eleven Restaurant and Nightclub in West Hollywood for the 9th Annual Cybersocket Web Awards. And we already have indications Kent has not even left Quincy. Quel surprise!

Well, I'll begin liveblogging once I'm able to log into the Tim and Roma Show for their live coverage. We'll then trade comments and remarks on the various arrivees, comparing and contrasting them to the most blatant and obvious NON arriver.

By the way, Matthew Conaster of Just One Hot Minute will also "be covering the story via several good friends and contacts who will be there on the red carpet." Meaning, I take it, that Matthew's friends will also be vigilantly watching any side and rear exits to the club...so as to preclude Kent from later claiming he entered via another door "for security reasons" or other such bullshit.

In other words, if we don't see you Kent, YOU DIDN'T SHOW UP.

With that, the floor is now open for preliminary comments...next Update at 9:00pm PST!

7:14pm: OK I lied, here's the first Update - Kent self-proclaims many people have seen him in LA today (much as he self-proclaims himself to be a journalist), self-proclaims that he is now inspired to open a west coast office (seemingly forgetting he has already set up an imaginary office in Dana Point, dating back to when he was fraudulently claiming to be Gavin Braun's agent and manager when he lacked a talent agent license). Oh, and "Marc" is now ill, food poisoning from "sushi." LOL! People are already predicting this is the seed of the excuse that will soon blossom for his inevitable no-show...

8:55pm: 5 minutes to showtime. I'm guessing the means to watch the live show will be via the "Now Playing" page on the Tim and Roma site. Hopefully some button or other will magically appear at 9:00pm.

9:39pm: Cybersocket appears to have a unique definition of the word "live" than envisions a broadcast weeks after the fact as being "live." The same idiot who wrote the "Blog War" article in Cybersocket is likely the moron behind this latest blunder, I would imagine. Oh well...

10:03pm: Reports from JOHM informers on site indicate doors are closing, and the show about to begin. Kent, as widely predicted, is a NO SHOW at the Cybersockets.

10:06pm: Oh wait, no, now they are saying the red carpet is still "flowing"...ok 9 more minutes, then we will officially call it...

10:09pm: MC - "A telephone call and message left to the management that he will be late having some issues with getting some medication and traffic. ???????????????????????????????????????????????" Yep, the traffic from Massachusetts to southern California can be a bitch at this hour...

Update: Info on the 917 area code; it's a NYC overlay mainly for cell phones. So, it's fairly meaningless, except to establish a desire of it's owner to appear to be from NYC.

Kent Repudiated and Humilated by 'Just One Hot Minute' Webmaster!

The screencap tells it all! After nearly a week of an embarrassing blog post on his web site announcing Kent Barclay (aka "Damon Kruezer") had this "scoop" about a phony-baloney Falcon merger that turned out to be nothing but bullcrap, the webmaster of Just One Hot Minute used his admin powers and edited the original posting...downgrading the story to merely a "claim" that said merger existed.

There has been no reaction YET from Kameron Scott, the blogger who first unwisely posted the blog entry announcing the false Kent "scoop" in the first place. I can only assume he's as ashamed and embarrassed at this point as the JOHM webmaster is (if not doubly so).

Kam, we have only one thing to say to you at this point: WE TOLD YOU SO! We TOLD you something like this would happen, if you got in bed with this loser!! And NOW you SEE!

Well, don't feel too bad Kam, because you know...you are not alone. LOTS of other porn stars just like you made the same sort of mistake regarding Kent Barclay, and recovered. Gavin Braun foolishly thought Kent was a legitimate agent and manager, for example, but after finding out he was a con artist instead he unilaterally dumped Kent...and despite ranting-and-raving lunatic threats from Kent, his career THRIVED thereafter. Kent has been on a jihad of sorts lately, with one of his newest sock puppets threatening blogs with shutdown, and bloggers with DEATH, if they continue to accurately report about the criminal charges currently pending against him:

For those of you know don't know, Budd Foxx was the blogger who passed away this past year. In the wake of his death, Kent openly gloated about it, claiming it was retribution for Budd's extensive and tireless efforts in exposing the fraud that is "Damon Kruezer" aka Kent Barclay.

So, make no mistake about it, when Kent tells you you'll go the way of Budd Foxx...he is making a death threat against you.

So, come Monday, Angel and Brad go back to the state police to "reopen" their charges. And to add others relating to copyright infringement as well, it would appear. And Kent has no one but himself to blame for this.

Update: According to the good folks at Angel Skye Defense Team, a private investigator is currently interviewing those few (and needless to say, unfortunate) souls in the industry who have actually laid eyes on Kent Barclay, pursuant to aiding the authorities in effecting an actual (and presumably imminent) physical arrest.

Update 2: A "site redesign" tonight on the eve of Angel and Brad's appointment with Boston police investigators wipes out all content (including, conveniently, the disputed Brad and Angel material) back to 2007. Pretty much on par with all his past redesigns which trashed his site in the process...i.e., a HUGE improvement!

Update 3: Kameron Scott retires. As usual, Kent plagerizes the story from One Hot Minute, then backdates it to make it look like he published it first. Question to ponder: Did "Damon-fatigue" play a role in Kam's decision to quit the biz entirely?

The answer would appear to be YES, as Kam finally lost patience with Kent, over on his "My Life At Hand" blog. Kent's basically hijacked a recent thread about Mason Wyler, and as is Kent's modus operendi in those few forums where he is still allowed to post, he promptly turned into a platform for his own self-aggrandizement. D'Amato vs. Starr

I thought I'd weigh in on this whole D'Amato tickling lawsuit angle that has been talked about in the previous thread.

Above is the official heading on the lawsuit in question. As you all can see, Kent is (or, I should say WAS) a party to this suit. Now, there used to be a copy of the dismissal of this suit posted online here...but the .pdf does not seem to be there anymore, unfortunately. I have been trying to locate another online copy, but without success.

Because you see, I HAVE read this decision before (months ago, when it was avaialable)...and thus, I know in a nutshell what Kent's involvement is in all this. He is (again I should say was) a bit player in all this.

I shall explain. But since I have been unable find that old .pdf anywhere (that's why this post has been delayed until now), I'll have to do so purely off of memory. If anyone wants to track down this case filing and fact check me on this, PLEASE BE MY GUEST! I'd actually appreciate it.

So here it is: This case WAS, in essence, a spitting match between two purveyors of gay twink bondage tickling porn (yep, where there's a fetish, there's a market!) - the main plantiff D'Amato and the main defendant Starr. Basically, Starr and D'Amato had a business disagreement, Starr retaliated by publicizing an earlier conviction of D'Amato for filming an underage model (a then 17 year old...mmmm, why do I feel deja vu here...?), and D'Amato retailated by filing this defamation suit against Starr, and anyone who helped Starr in his expose of D'Amato's previous legal travails. As you can see, those "helpers" included Google, GoDaddy, a bunch of other internet companies...and some guy named Kent Barclay.

As near as I can tell, Kent was a friend of Starr, and so, he helped him out by also re-publicizing the D'Amato conviction on his Damon Kruezer site. So, when D'Amato filed suit, D'Amato simply tacked Kent's name on, as a defendant. Whether D'Amato even knew who Kent was, and/or that he was in fact a worthless welfare moocher dependant on his elderly mother for illicit shelter (and hence not exactly the most ideal target for a $5 million dollar lawsuit) is unclear. I'd guess probably no.

So, D'Amato's attorney in due course hires a local Quincy, MA process server (known as "constables" out there), faxes him a copy of the suit, and sends him off to Norwall to effect service of process.

And THAT, folks, leads to the legendary confrontation, which we ALL know and love, between the process server, Kent's mother, and Kent cowering in his mother's bathroom! Yes, it was D'Amato vs. Starr which were the legal papers Kent Barclay got served with on that memorable day...Kent's disembodied voice eminating from the bathroom, pleading with his mom not to let the bad man with the papers inside...COMBINED with the server's sworn affidavit of the details of that service, were enough (under Massachusetts law) to allow effective service of process. Kent indeed got served that day, and under the most deliciously humiliating of circumstances.

So, Kent is now in the lawsuit. And it should be noted...Kent NEVER filed an answer to the summons (the judge makes note of this fact in his decision). For all his talk of lawyers and "laywer letters" (ha ha!), Kent was happy to allow this suit to proceed to default judgment against him. And being penniless, why not?

Well, it turns out, the suit eventually got dismissed, as to all defendants. Including defendant Kent, despite having never bothered to respond.

The reasons for the dismissals varied for each defendant (some rather complex), and so I'll just focus on the reason for Kent's dismissal. It is actually quite interesting. First, it's important to note that this lawsuit was filed in New York (specifically, the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York), and Kent, as we all know, is a resident of his mother's welfare hovel in Norwall, Massachusetts.

So, we have a lawsuit in one state trying to sue someone living in another state. This leads to some rather thorny problems dealing with legal jurisdiction...and I'll try to explain this all in layman's terms, as best I can. But put very simply, for a citizen of one state to be dragged into a civil case in another state, that defendant MUST have some sort of business dealings in the state he is being sued in.

And it does not have to be much, either. Even a SINGLE customer in another state can effectively give that state personal jurisdiction over an out of state person or entity. It is a VERY easy test to pass...

And Kent actually flunked it! I wish I had the judge's decision in front on me, so I can actually quote it, but to paraphrase from memory...the suit was dismissed as to Kent Barclay because the judge actually looked at Kent's site (Krueser at Night), and found there was NO evidence whatsoever the site made any money from New York state (or any state of the union, including Massachusetts, for that matter). In other words, since Krueser at Night was such a trivial fleaspeck of a website, and Kent's alter ego "Damon Krueser" such an ineffectual non-entity as far as New York state was concerned...the defendant Kent Barclay lacked the commercial connections to New York state necessary for personal jurisidiction in the lawsuit to attach.

Thus, Kent got thrown out of a lawsuit due to judicial recognition of his almost total insignificance on this planet. You know, I can't say I disagree with that reasoning. :-)

And there you have it...the complete story of Kent's involvement in this whole "tickling drama." I will note one other relevant fact to all this, however...and that is, Dexx Jones was actually a supporter of D'Amato in all this.

In fact, an arguement can be made I suppose, that Dexx Jones is D'Amato. Which quite frankly, is an irrelevancy as far as we are concerned, I think. No, the important point to draw from this is that Dexx Jones and Kent Barclay are, at this time, on opposite sides of this legal tickling war...and hence, they would almost have to be, IMO, two seperate beings.

Oh, I'm sure someone can concoct some grand conspiracy theory as to why, YEARS AGO, someone would want to go through all the trouble and expense of actually suing themselves in order to establish a false online identity (yep, see how my mind works, I can already hear ya guys now!)...but until someone can set before me a BELIEVABLE theory as to how and why someone would do something this nutty...the good friar Ockham and I must respectfully continue to remain skeptical.

Update: Yeah, we were just talking about in the comments here about Angel and Brad's latest interview, squarely placing the blame for ASG1's demise on the bad odor it attracted by merely being associated with "DK." A pretty spot on analysis, as I'm sure we all agree. This brings to mind a screen cap I made back in January, perfectly illustrating the point; here it is again:

Just to recap the circumstances: Jason Curious runs a post about the most popular porn stars out there (in which Brad and Angel were not included...the objective criteria for inclusion was raw downloads from the JC pay site); at 10:29 AM Kent in sock puppet mode tries to anonymously plug Brad and Angel, working his imagined "product placements" and "viral marketing" magic...

...And then at 12:13 PM another anonymous poster comes along, bitch slapping Kent to reality; LOL!

I recall reading this comment exchange back in January, and I laughed so hard I practically fell out of my chair! So as you all can see, I just HAD to screen cap and feature it... :-)

So folks, this was the "DK Effect" in action...people either never heard of Brad and Angel...or if they did, they held such a negative opinion of them due to the taint of being associated with "DK" they wanted nothing to do with them. Hence, ASG1's demise. It's death can be directly attributed to the poison of Kent association.

Like I said, ASG2 cannot help but do better now!

Unfortunately for Kent, he is NOT in San Diego; indeed, comparisons to this public photo album show that "his" photo was actually taken in Palm Springs; the pool area of the Wyndham Palm Springs, to be exact, and the site of the annual "White Party Spring Break" circuit party:

Note the same distinctive architecture in both pictures, indeed, observe the distinctive white-trellised structure circled in red in both photos.

I'm not sure how Kent's GPS device in his Nissan Murano managed to land him so far off course; Palm Springs is hundreds of miles short of San Diego. Not only that...Kent's picture looks suspiciously like it might have been taken at the same White Party event...which if memory serves, occurs every year in April. Meaning...Kent's Nissan Murano might have travelled through a time wormhole as well!

Today's Pre-Arrest Roundup

Much has happened since Tuesday, when Angel Skye announced that a Quincy, Massachusetts police detective (a REAL one) "found probable cause for me to pursue harassment amongst other charges against this man [Kent Barclay, aka 'Damon Kruezer'] for the countless months of false accusations, defamation, slander, and stalker like behavior."

Since that time, as this has begun to snowball and other blogs and commenteers have spoken up on the news, a few more details have emerged:

1. One of the early motivational figures behind the scene for this all to finally come to pass was none other than noted porn director/investigator Paul Barrisi. According to Kevin Clarke: "When I spoke to Paul Baressi about Kent months ago he said that there is a wonderful legal system in the United States and that is where this belongs."

2. Also providing valuable assistance to Angel in this was Renee Martin, a key witness in the Harlow and Joe Trial. According to Renee:

"Jim ,

kentie current address and information have been available to those of us filing charges against him. I was more then happy to turn it over the the quincy police detective that i talked too. He was more then interested about the whole thing too..

You can run kentie but you cannot hide anymore then Joe and Harlow could, they will get your ass and lock you up and throw the key away."

In fact, it would appear from this that Renee is filing charges against Kent there on her own behalf as well (correct Renee?).

3. The next major event in this case will be a meeting with the detective on Friday, in which the official charge sheets will be issued. Justin over at Lies... and the truths behind them has promised he will post those charge sheets on Friday, as soon as the become available. Kevin Clarke has indicated he will be present at that meeting as well.

4. Over at Elm's Blog, Elm has already written the epitaph on Kent's site. His predictions as to the charges that will be filed: "Internet Harassment, Cyber Stalking, Fraud and Forgery."

5. Also over at Justin's site, an interesting compendium of private emails sent by Kent in the lead up to, and just following, the announcement that the Quincy police will be taking these charges seriously.

And that's it for now...further updates will be posted as warranted.

Update: A doozie of an update, courtesy of Dexx at UH-KBD. Looks like at least 3 different people filing seperate charges against Kent...but there could be up to 7 more, making a total of 10. Here's a summary of the three cases we know are being brought right now:

"A) Angel and Brad of ASG filed multiple criminal complaints against Kent regarding his outlandish harrassment and contacting of a 12 year old relative of Angel's to tell her about porn and gay coupling. [UN-frigging-believable.]

B) Rich Sternberg (and others) appeared in both Quincy and Norwell to file multiple complaints regarding everything from Kent's illegal residency to harrassment, hate crimes and stalking.

C) Blogger Renee has multiple complaints in various states of reporting in three different jurisdictions"

Update 2: DeWayne comments (4:20pm) that Kent actually called and spoke with him today. Kent tells DeW he is travelling to Florida for a few weeks, to represent Angel's ex-wife (?!). Meanwhile, Justin Credible is reporting he has IP info suggesting Kent is now in upstate New York...however, when I post the addy into my IP locater of choice I get Scottsdale, AZ! See here:

In any case, it appears Kent is now striving to be VERY far away from Quincy, Massachusetts.

Strange he did not simply go to his condo in Tribeca, eh? :-)

Update 3: V.J. get a call now too..."jim, I recieved a lengthy call from Kent at approx. 7 p.m. It went on and on as if we were the best of buddies and he detailed his trip to FL plans. Told me he was sure I would have a great one, [July 4th]- asked about Kevin, dewayne and his personal favorite [his words] dexx. He sounds like he is insane - I am not kidding!!!!!"

Update 4: And he calls Kevin Clarke...gee, I'm so glad my number is unlisted! According to Dexx, "Kent is frantic to try and stop people from going to the police, but it is FAR too late for that."

Update 5: Dexx and Dane are of the opinion that the calls and emails are designed to throw the police off the trail, and make them think he's fled the state. They think he's still at or near at his mother's welfare apartment in Quincy, Mass. I think this is likely the case...he needs money to be "on the run" out of state. This should be a short manhunt.

Ok it has been a while since I have talked to everyone but I hope everyone reading is well happy and enjoying their summer.

I have been showered with support these last few months, and I am so grateful to everyone who has been there for me through thick and thin.

I have a lot of great things going on in my life, but for obvious reasons I am forced to keep things private from stalkers' eyes.

This brings me to the reason behind this posting, and I ask every reader fan, porn star, producer, studio, director, assistant, blogger, and anyone who has a heart to please re post this, and support me.

I have tried every attempt to be a civilized person, and ask certain people to not post things about me on sites. I want the whole industry to know directly from me that today June 24 2008 at 7:29 pm I pressed charges against the man known as Kent Barclay.

I have realized my dear friends that some people do not take warnings well, and that is when one must take things to action and involve the law. When presented with my case the detective found probable cause for me to pursue harassment amongst other charges against this man for the countless months of false accusations, defamation, slander, and stalker like behavior.

I have plenty of witnesses who I know I can count on for their support. I have received full permission from the people I answer to to pursue this to the full extent of the law, and I will. I am doing this for myself as well as Mathew Rush, Kevin Clarke, and everyone else who for the past ten years has had to endure this man's terrorism.

I am calling on the adult entertainment industry all fellow models who read and everyone to please support me in this. I hate to have to take things to this, but enough is enough. I am also going to be joining in on Porn confidential.Com's as well as other blogs who have shut down anyone associated with this man.

This being said I do not want to receive e mails about him or anything with his name in it please my privacy has been invaded enough I want to let our fair justice system work for me as the war veteran I am.

I am very calm at this point, and I want to say in closing that anyone who is supporting this man is a terrorist just like him, and anyone who is supporting him with fake information about me will also be included in my case so please be careful people because this Puerto Rican is in attack mode and will use the law to make anyone who has hurt me in any way pay.

Well, the big story today would have to be, I'd say, Richard Nixon resigning the presidency of the United States. Being the first and only presidential resignation in our nation's history, this is a pretty big deal, I think.

In other interesting news, industry sources tell me that Adult Entertainment Broadcast Network (AEBN) will merge with Raging Stallion Studios, thus forming one of the industry’s largest gay adult entertainment companies. And scanning the rest of the internet as it exists today, it would appear that we here at KBOT have gotten a "scoop" on this story. Yay for us!
